Job Title: Office Administrator—HR, Finance, Quality & Business Operations

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and strategic office administrator to drive operational efficiency in our quality consultancy startup. This role blends administration, HR management, financial oversight, and digital engagement, ensuring seamless business operations while supporting branding and client outreach. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of quality assurance principles and contribute to the company’s growth through structured operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities: Office Administration & Operational Support

  • Manage daily office functions, ensuring smooth business operations and compliance with quality standards.
  • Organize internal documentation, client communications, and administrative workflows.
  • Handle scheduling, correspondence, and stakeholder coordination.

HR & Talent Management

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement aligned with consultancy needs.
  • Maintain personnel records, process payroll, and manage HR compliance.
  • Develop policies that foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Finance & Budget Oversight

  • Track business expenses, vendor payments, and financial reporting.
  • Assist in budget planning, invoice management, and cost optimization.
  • Coordinate with financial consultants and auditors for compliance and accuracy.

Social Media Marketing & Brand Presence

  • Develop and manage digital outreach strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Create content for LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and other platforms to engage potential clients.
  • Track engagement metrics and refine strategies for better audience reach.
  • Collaborate with consultants to showcase industry insights and expertise.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, finance, marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in office administration with exposure to HR, finance, and social media marketing.
  • Understanding of quality assurance principles and consultancy business models.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software, payroll systems, financial tools, and digital marketing platforms.
