Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the office remains organized and well-stocked.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Accurately enter and update data in spreadsheets and databases.
  • Assist the Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and the production team to support smooth communication and workflow.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
