Role Summary
The Office 365 Lead is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise This includes Exchange Online SharePoint Teams OneDrive and related security and compliance tools
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design implementation and support of Office 365 services
Manage a team of administrators and engineers to ensure service availability and performance
Monitor and improve Microsoft Secure Score and compliance posture
Collaborate with security infrastructure and application teams for integrated delivery
Drive automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
Oversee incident problem and change management processes for O365
Prepare executive dashboards QBR decks and service improvement plans
Act as the escalation point for critical issues and client interactions
Required Skills
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services Exchange Online Teams SharePoint OneDrive
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and compliance center
Experience with hybrid environments onprem AD Azure AD
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications MS100 MS101 or equivalent
ITIL Foundation or higher
