Offer Specialist

As an Offer Specialist in our company, your role involves preparing, validating, and releasing offer letters in alignment with internal policies and compensation guidelines. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure salary fitment and approvals. Communicating offers to candidates, explaining compensation structure, benefits, and policies are also part of your responsibilities. It is crucial to track candidate responses, maintain accurate records of offer acceptance, and joining status. Timely updates to stakeholders on offer status and closures are essential. Ensuring compliance with company policies, data confidentiality, and audit requirements is a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will support pre-onboarding activities and facilitate a smooth transition into background verification and onboarding stages. Generating reports and dashboards on offer releases, pending acceptances, and withdrawals will be part of your routine tasks. Qualifications Required: - Work Location: Noida - Experience: 1-3 years as an Offer Specialist in a BPO role - Experience in releasing offers for bulk hiring - Strong understanding of offer management and recruitment operations - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Google Sheets and recruitment tools - High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality In terms of Desirable skills, you should have the ability to work in Noida and experience as an Offer Specialist in a BPO role. Proficiency in offer management and recruitment operations, multitasking capabilities, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, familiarity with Google Sheets and recruitment tools, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality maintenance are desired qualities.
