We manage SEO, Paid Ads, CRO, Content, and full-stack branding for eCommerce, local service businesses, healthcare, real estate, and more. We’re expanding our SEO team and are looking for someone who lives and breathes authority building.

Role Overview

We are hiring an Off-Page SEO Specialist who can strengthen domain authority, improve keyword rankings, and execute clean, scalable, white-hat link-building strategies. You’ll work alongside our SEO Manager and content team to plan and execute monthly off-page deliverables for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities1. Link Building & Authority Development

• Acquire high-quality backlinks through guest posts, niche edits, outreach, PR mentions, and local citations
• Evaluate websites for DA/DR, traffic quality, spam score, and topical relevance
• Build monthly link-building plans aligned with project keyword strategy
• Identify new backlink opportunities via competitor analysis
• Manage relationships with publishers, bloggers, and outreach partners

2. Google Business Profile (GMB) Off-Page Signals

• Create and optimize citations across local directories
• Build geo-relevance and authority signals (map embeds, local mentions, neighborhood keywords)
• Assist in local link-building campaigns

3. Content Collaboration

• Coordinate with the content team for guest posts, linkable assets, and outreach angles
• Write brief anchor text suggestions that align with keyword and internal linking strategy

4. Monitoring & Reporting

• Track backlink growth, link quality, domain authority, and keyword movement
• Prepare monthly reports using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, GA4 & GSC
• Ensure all link-building work follows white-hat practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–4 years of off-page SEO experience (agency experience is a bonus)
• Strong understanding of DA/DR, topical authority, and E-E-A-T
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, or similar tools
• Proven ability to build high-quality links (not spammy or automated)
• Knowledge of outreach tools (NinjaOutreach, Pitchbox, BuzzStream)
• Understanding of anchor text distribution and link velocity
• Excellent research and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience with HARO / Featured PR / digital PR link acquisition
• Familiarity with local SEO, GBP optimization, and niche directories
• Understanding of schema, content clusters, and technical SEO basics

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
