Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Engineer with specialized expertise in Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) and GPON networks. The selected candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of fiber-optic infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise OFC and GPON network deployments for Telecom/Broadband FTTH projects.
• Conduct on-ground surveys, route planning, and feasibility studies.
• Utilize GIS tools, planning/design software, and drawing creation tools to prepare network layouts and project documentation.
• Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress and troubleshoot network design or execution challenges.
• Prepare and maintain reports, as-built drawings, and documentation for submission and approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, or related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in OFC/GPON network planning, execution, and supervision.
• Proficiency in GIS tools, AutoCAD/Design software, and MS Office.
• Good understanding of FTTH/Telecom broadband network architecture.
