OEM Channel Head & Solution Architect

The role of OEM Channel & Solution Architect Head based in Gurugram requires over 10 years of experience with an immediate to 15 days notice period. As the OEM Channel & Solution Architect Head, your main responsibilities will involve managing the OEM channel strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. This includes identifying, onboarding, and managing OEM partners, as well as collaborating with sales and marketing teams to create channel-specific campaigns and programs. You will also be responsible for monitoring channel performance metrics, negotiating contracts, and staying informed about industry trends within the OEM ecosystem. In addition to OEM channel management, you will be tasked with designing and architecting end-to-end technical solutions tailored to OEM partner and customer requirements. This involves collaborating with product development, engineering, and OEM partners to integrate company offerings, providing pre-sales technical expertise, and ensuring that solution designs meet performance, security, scalability, and compliance standards. You will act as a technical liaison between OEM partners, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize solutions. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of managing OEM partnerships, expertise in solution architecture frameworks, cloud technologies, and system integration, and a strong understanding of OEM business models and supply chain dynamics. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders, along with an analytical mindset to assess market needs and translate them into actionable strategies. Proficiency in tools like CRM software, architecture modeling, and technical diagramming tools is required, with certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent being preferred.
