As a part of OMRON's Industrial Automation team, your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving sales and order booking targets in the assigned region - Developing and implementing business plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis - Creating and executing account plans for all customers, updating them quarterly - Acquiring new customers through solution sales approach - Planning and forecasting sales on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis - Increasing in-house business shares in existing customers - Conducting Tech days/Seminars at key customers You will be responsible for partner management and stakeholder management, including managing Channel Partners, System Integrators, Solution partners, and distributors. Additionally, you will handle data management and analysis, preparing various MIS reports and maintaining eCRM hygiene. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Academic & Professional Qualification: B.E OR Equivalent Diploma, MBA in any stream (added advantage) - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales portfolio in the Industrial Automation Industry, handling OEM and End-user customers in the Automotive segment Core Functional Knowledge required includes PLC, Servo, HMI, Safety, Sensors, and Robotics Knowledge (Added Advantage), along with experience in dealing with OEM's, EU's, Channel Partners, Direct Customers, and System Integrators. Key Skills & Behavioural Competencies needed for this role are Good English Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, and Negotiation Skills.
