Odoo Functional Consultant (MBA Fresher)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic MBA Freshers who are eager to start their careers as Odoo Functional Consultants. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills, a passion for business processes, and a willingness to learn ERP systems. You will receive hands-on training on Odoo ERP and real client projects to become an independent consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in understanding client business processes and requirements.
• Learn and support Odoo ERP implementation across modules like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM.
• Help prepare documentation, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Support the team in client communication, demos, and requirement analysis.
• Participate in user training and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• MBA graduates (Finance, Business, IT, or related fields) who are passionate about ERP and technology.
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Confident in client handling and teamwork.
• Eagerness to learn new business processes and software systems.
