Odoo ERP Functional Consultant

You are an experienced Odoo ERP Functional Consultant responsible for leading ERP implementations, conducting business process analysis, and customizing systems. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will configure, test, and optimize Odoo solutions to ensure smooth business operations. - Gather and analyze business requirements to align with Odoo functionalities. - Configure, implement, and customize Odoo modules based on business needs. - Conduct system testing, provide user training, and offer post-implementation support. - Define technical requirements in close collaboration with development teams. - Offer functional expertise, troubleshoot issues, and suggest process improvements. - Document system configurations, workflows, and best practices. - Ensure successful data migration and system integration. - Keep abreast of the latest Odoo features and industry trends. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and consulting. - Strong knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc. - Expertise in business process mapping and system configuration. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects independently. - Knowledge of Odoo development, APIs, and third-party integrations (preferred). The company prefers candidates with Odoo Functional Certification and experience in handling ERP projects across various industries. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
