Odoo ERP Functional Consultant

As an experienced Odoo ERP Functional Consultant, your role will involve leading ERP implementations, conducting business process analysis, and customizing systems to ensure seamless business operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to configure, test, and optimize Odoo solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze business requirements to align them with Odoo functionalities. - Configure, implement, and customize Odoo modules based on business needs. - Conduct system testing, provide user training, and offer post-implementation support. - Work closely with development teams to define technical requirements. - Offer functional expertise, troubleshoot issues, and provide process improvement recommendations. - Document system configurations, workflows, and best practices. - Ensure successful data migration and system integration. - Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and industry trends. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and consulting. - Strong knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc. - Expertise in business process mapping and system configuration. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently. - Knowledge of Odoo development, APIs, and third-party integrations is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: - Odoo Functional Certification is preferred. - Experience in handling ERP projects across various industries.
