Odoo Developer (Remote)

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Odoo Programmer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our growing remote team. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo applications and working closely with functional consultants to deliver client-specific solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (v12 and above).
• Work on backend (Python, Odoo ORM) and frontend (QWeb, XML, JavaScript) development.
• Build and integrate APIs with third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug Odoo issues across different modules.
• Participate in technical analysis, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, consultants) in a remote setting.
• Maintain version control using Git.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo development.
• Strong command of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo ORM.
• Good understanding of Odoo core modules like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc.
• Experience with Odoo templating (QWeb), XML, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Good communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
