Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Odoo Developer. The Odoo Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Odoo modules, back-end processes, and applications. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, build efficient workflows, troubleshoot and debug systems, and ensure seamless implementation of software solutions. The role demands skills in software development, programming, and optimizing applications for performance and scalability. This is a remote role. We care more about ownership and execution than location. What you’ll do • Develop and customize Odoo modules across CRM, Sales, Inventory, and Accounting • Build integrations with external tools and internal services • Improve performance, stability, and scalability of the platform • Translate business needs into clean technical solutions • Maintain existing modules and lead continuous improvements • Handle deployments, upgrades, and version migrations • Collaborate closely with product and operations teams What we’re looking for • Strong hands on experience with Odoo development • Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript • Deep understanding of Odoo architecture • Experience with contracts, invoices, reporting, and workflows • Ability to work independently in a remote setup • Solid debugging and problem solving skills • Clear communication and accountability Nice to have • Experience with Odoo.sh or cloud deployments • Exposure to Finance, CRM, or ERP integrations • Startup or scaling company experience • Knowledge of Odoo enterprise features Why Carly • Fully remote • Real ownership and technical influence • Competitive pay based on experience • Work that matters to real users • Ambitious and fast growing team 📩 Apply by uploading your CV and GitHub.
