Odoo Developer

Athiva Technology LLP is a fast-growing company specializing in implementing and customizing business systems to streamline operations. We are currently looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team onsite from Day 1. As an Odoo Developer at Athiva Technology LLP, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimization of our Odoo ERP modules. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules for various functions such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and HR. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, participating in requirement gathering and solution design discussions, and diagnosing and resolving bugs or performance issues in existing Odoo modules. Collaboration with business analysts and end users to enhance user experience and workflows will be an essential part of your role. To excel in this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience in Odoo development (v13 or higher) and possess strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo ORM. Hands-on experience with Odoo's core modules, as well as the ability to build custom modules, is required. Proficiency in QWeb/XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript at a basic level, along with experience in Odoo REST API or XML-RPC integrations, is essential. Additionally, familiarity with deployment and hosting technologies such as Linux, Docker, Nginx, etc., will be beneficial. You should be capable of working independently, managing multiple projects with changing priorities, and ensuring code quality, reusability, and adherence to best practices. Experience with Odoo.sh, AWS, or Kubernetes-based deployments, knowledge of OCA community modules, exposure to DevOps tools, and automated testing in Odoo are considered nice-to-have qualifications. Active contribution to the open-source Odoo community is also appreciated. The work location for this position is Tiruchencode, and onsite presence from Day 1 is mandatory. The office hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
