Odoo Developer

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of business processes across various industries and should be able to effectively translate client requirements into scalable Odoo solutions. As an Odoo Developer, your responsibilities will include developing custom Odoo modules and applications based on specific business requirements, customizing and configuring existing Odoo modules to improve functionality, integrating Odoo applications with third-party systems and APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions aligned with business objectives, conducting unit testing and debugging to ensure code quality and reliability, providing technical support and assistance to clients when necessary, staying updated on Odoo development best practices and trends, contributing to the enhancement of development processes and methodologies, and optimizing the performance and scalability of Odoo applications. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, possess hands-on experience with Database migrations, have a minimum of 4 years of Odoo development experience, demonstrate strong proficiency in the Python programming language, exhibit a solid understanding of the Odoo framework and architecture, showcase experience in developing custom Odoo modules and applications, be familiar with Odoo ORM, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL, display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, hold Odoo certification(s) as a plus, have experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, be knowledgeable in Agile development methodologies, and be acquainted with version control systems such as Git.
