As a customer service representative at Wipro Limited, you will be responsible for professionally handling incoming calls from customers and ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly. It is essential to demonstrate patience in all customer interactions and maintain a pleasant and professional tone throughout. Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns is crucial in order to demonstrate empathy and maximize the opportunity to build rapport with the customer. You will be expected to maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services and offer additional products and/or services as needed. Preparing complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required, is a key aspect of this role. It is important to track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries. Ensuring that the service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is a priority.
