Job Description

Role Overview: As a customer service representative at Wipro Limited, your main responsibility will be to professionally handle incoming calls from customers and ensure that their issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly. You will need to demonstrate patience in all customer interactions while maintaining a pleasant and professional tone. Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns is crucial, as well as showing empathy to build rapport with the customer. It is important to maintain a broad knowledge of client products and/or services and offer additional products and/or services as needed. You will be required to prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required, track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database, and ensure that the service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
