As an Ocean Import Executive/Manager at Topper & Router in New Delhi, your role will involve managing client accounts, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the importation of goods by ocean, including customs clearance and delivery to the final destination - Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and trucking companies to ensure timely delivery of goods - Track shipments and provide updates to customers as needed - Prepare and submit required documentation for customs clearance - Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws - Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service **Qualifications Required:** - Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field preferred - Experience in ocean imports highly desirable - Mathematical skills for calculating costs and rates - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Knowledge of ocean freight logistics and customs regulations - Understanding of trade laws and regulations - Fluency in English required, additional languages a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with logistics software and systems preferred Topper & Router is offering a negotiable salary for experienced candidates with 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
