We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and support children with developmental, physical, sensory, or cognitive challenges. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, patience, and a genuine interest in helping children reach their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior therapists during assessments and sessions, observe techniques, and actively learn therapy approaches and documentation practices.
Participate in team discussions and case reviews to enhance clinical understanding.
Assess and evaluate children’s developmental and functional abilities.
Develop personalized treatment plans to enhance motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and daily living activities.
Conduct therapy sessions (individual or group) with engaging and age-appropriate methods.
Collaborate with speech therapists, special educators, and psychologists for holistic care.
Guide parents and caregivers on home programs and progress.
Maintain timely documentation and progress reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
Registered with the relevant therapy council (preferred).
Experience with pediatric clients is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, creative, and child-focused approach.

Pay: ₹11,079.59 - ₹35,915.98 per month
