Special Educator

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Educator to join our multidisciplinary team at Raah child development center. You will work with children with developmental and learning challenges like Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and speech delays. Your role will focus on designing and delivering individualized education plans (IEPs) and improving learning, behavior, and functional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess the educational and developmental needs of children.

Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Use engaging teaching techniques tailored to each child's abilities.

Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and parents.

Track progress and maintain reports and records.

Participate in training and case discussions with the team.

Provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Special Education (RCI approved) or B.Ed in Special Education

Freshers or candidates pursuing special education training may also apply

Patience, empathy, and strong observational skills

Passion for working with neurodivergent children

Basic knowledge of IEP documentation and teaching tools

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Expected hours: 30 – 70 per week
