Occupational Therapist

In this role at Potentials, you will be part of a multidisciplinary center focusing on children with autism and other developmental conditions. Your responsibilities will include conducting 1:1 and group therapy sessions, creating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), documenting progress, and collaborating with fellow therapists. The age range of the children you will work with spans from 1.5 to 25 years. You will receive training in the unique "Eye to I" therapy model and be guided on its application. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct 1:1 and group therapy sessions for children with autism and developmental conditions - Develop tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each child - Write comprehensive progress reports to monitor development and achievements - Collaborate with other therapists to ensure comprehensive care and progress Qualifications: - Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy, Child Development, Psychology, or related field - Specific qualifications or certifications in autism intervention are advantageous - Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) for effective communication with children and families Potentials, operating in the Mental Health Care industry, provides full-time positions for both freshers and experienced professionals.
