Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Nvyum Child Development Centre. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering therapy programs to support children with developmental, physical, sensory, or cognitive challenges. The therapist will work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to enhance children’s independence, participation, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify developmental, sensory, and functional needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Use evidence-based interventions to improve motor, sensory, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and teachers to provide guidance and strategies.
• Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and prepare regular reports.
• Create a positive and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid registration / license (if required).
• Minimum 1 years of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
