💰 CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)

Occupational Therapist

• Work with patients affected by

  hemiplegia, quadriplegia, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, developmental delays

  , and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Create and deliver

  customised rehabilitation plans

  to improve patients’ motor, sensory, and functional abilities.
• Coordinate with neurophysicians, neurosurgeons, orthopaedic surgeons, pain anaesthesiologists, physiotherapists, medical experts, caregivers, and psychologists for

  integrated recovery planning

  .

• Track, document, and evaluate

  treatment outcomes regularly with digital and physical records.
• Educate caregivers and families on follow-up care and home exercise routines.
• Contribute to building

  standardized protocols and recovery dashboards

  for long-term success.

• BOT/MOT qualification

  from a recognized institute
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience (preferably with neuro and pediatric cases)
• Strong observational, planning, and

  documentation skills

• A caring, patient, and empathetic communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Tech-savvy and comfortable managing basic admin responsibilities
