ATIDHI Group is looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Changaramkulam Centre — a leading multidisciplinary setup integrating Ayurveda and modern therapy for children with developmental and neurological challenges. You will work closely with children to improve their motor, cognitive, and sensory skills, enabling them to perform daily activities more independently. Responsibilities Assess developmental and sensory needs of children. Design and implement individualized therapy plans. Conduct therapy sessions focused on fine motor, sensory integration, and daily living skills. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Speech, Physio, and Behavioral Therapists. Guide parents with home-based activities and progress updates. Maintain accurate therapy documentation and reports. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
