Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both pediatric and adult rehabilitation, demonstrating strong clinical skills and effective communication abilities. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers to improve functional abilities and quality of life. Key Responsibilities  Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities.  Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.  Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' ability to perform daily activities and improve independence.  Educate patients and their families on coping strategies, assistive devices, and adaptive techniques.  Monitor patient progress, document evaluations and treatment plans, and adjust interventions as necessary.  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.  Conduct home or workplace assessments to recommend environmental modifications.  Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy.
