● Develop therapeutic plans for ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
● Recommend assistive devices and home modifications
● Work closely with family members for continuity of care
● Focus on cognitive exercises for dementia, memory support, etc.
● BOT/MOT with experience in geriatrics, neuro rehab, or elder care
● 2+ years experience preferred
● Excellent observational and communication skills
