NX MCAD Support Analyst

As a NX MCAD Support Analyst at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in providing design and support for NX MCAD, focusing on configurations and functional processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Having 3+ years of experience in NX MCAD design and support, with a strong understanding of configurations. - Demonstrating expertise in NX MCAD functional processes and configurations. - Managing NX end user issues, administration, and resolutions effectively. - Working on NX and Teamcenter/Metaphase functional processes and integration. - Possessing knowledge of NX Open, which will be considered an added advantage. - Understanding application support processes and being proficient in using Service Now tool. - Being flexible to work in shifts and provide support coverage as required. - Demonstrating problem-solving skills with minimal support. - Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, as part of the team based in Bangalore, you will be working out of the customer office in Whitefield.
