NX MCAD Support Analyst

NTT DATA is seeking a NX MCAD Support Analyst_327008 to join the team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in NX MCAD design and support, covering configurations. Strong experience in NX MCAD functional process and configuration is required, along with the ability to manage NX end user issues, administration, and resolution. Experience in working on NX and Teamcenter/Metaphase functional process and integration is preferred. Knowledge of NX Open will be considered an advantage, and a strong understanding of application support processes, as well as familiarity with the Service Now tool, is necessary. The candidate should be flexible to work in shifts and provide support coverage, with the ability to problem solve independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. Candidates must be based in Bangalore and work out of the customer office in Whitefield.
