Male Candidate only Greeting customer's & find out the needs • To be a Nutrition & Fitness consultant to the customer • Describing the product's features & demonstrate use and operation of the product • Handling customer queries regarding the products • Maintain the reports to keep a track of the progress • Ensure all SOPs and processes are adhered • Effectively deal with customers on inquiries and complaints • Regular interaction & follow-up with customers • Suggest improvements and initiatives which can help to increase customer satisfaction • Answer customer calls very promptly and give solutions • Directly responsible for the fitness tranformation of customers Desired Candidate Profile • Should have excellent communication skills • Flair for customer relationship • Must be customer service oriented, patience, adaptability & persuasiveness • Must be willing to take initiatives and should possess high energy level, integrity & clarity in thoughts • Freshers can also apply • Experience in retail is preferred but others also can apply • Good communication skills and inter personal skills • Must possess strong command over English and Tamil & Hindi • Must be very attentive and in detail • Strong analytical ability • Strong interpersonal skills and be good team player • Pleasing personality
