Nurturance officer

As a Nurturance Officer at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited in the Fluid Dynamics division, your main responsibility will involve implementing strategic initiatives and providing comprehensive training to newly appointed distributors. This full-time, on-site role based in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana requires you to train distributor sales representatives and ensure effective product placement in the retail market. While this is a non-sales position with no sales targets, the ultimate goal is to enhance sales performance by successfully introducing products to new retailers. You will need to travel extensively to new distributor locations, spending a minimum of 60 days at each site to deliver hands-on training and support before moving on to the next location. The role necessitates full travel across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana based on the appointment of new distributors. Initially, this position is off-role, but there is potential to transition to an on-role employee based on your performance. Ideal candidates will have experience in marketing, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to collaborate effectively with diverse communities and teams, exhibit proficiency in local languages (Telugu/Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada), and hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
