Department: College of Nursing Designation: Tutor Qualification: M.Sc. Nursing (Community Health Nursing / Medical-Surgical Nursing Speciality) Experience: Freshers after M.Sc. Nursing will be considered Annual CTC: ₹3 - ₹4 LPA Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand Certification: Active Registered Nurse Registered Midwife (RNRM) Number from State Nurses Registration Council Mode of Interview: Offline Job Responsibilities Produce and distribute specific learning objectives with respect to the speciality and schedules to clinical facilities prior to students’ attendance. Brief students regarding Clinical requirements Maintenance of daily diary in the clinical setting Timely submission of assignments Conduct demonstration and supervise return demonstrations of students in the lab. Assign patients in clinicals as per learning objectives. Timely evaluation and correction of assignments submitted by students. Conduct and participate in formative and summative evaluation of students and provide timely feedback. Conduct and participate in guidance and counselling sessions. Supervise students in their area of clinical posting. Liaise with the ward in-charge/staff nurses for smooth conduct of clinical learning. Teach subjects in the curriculum as per the direction of the Principal/Vice Principal. Assist in maintaining records pertaining to students as and when required. Assist in the preparation of: Timetable, Duty rosters, Distribution of assignments to clinical areas Help learners identify their learning needs and appropriate learning activities, fostering a positive attitude towards lifelong learning. Actively manage clinical risk, inform Nursing Head of incidents, and contribute to quality and risk planning. Lead and encourage continuous quality improvement activities with ongoing monitoring. Identify and participate in clinical audit activities related to clinical practice and patient outcomes. Maintain quality standards to meet accreditation and certification requirements. Conduct bedside clinical teaching to appraise nursing students. Ensure monthly maintenance and upkeep of respective labs.
