Currently the company is operating in the cities of Bhubaneswar (H.O.), Bengaluru, Visakhapatnam and Pune.

Job Description – B.Sc. Nursing (Critical Care & Infection Control)

Position Title: Assistant Nursing Supervisor
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing (Registered Nurse)
Experience: 4–5 years (ICU Care & Post-ICU Care with strong Infection Control expertise)

Shift: General Shift

Gender: Male and Female both can apply

Role Overview:

We are looking for a B.Sc. Nursing professional with proven experience in ICU and Post-ICU patient care along with strong expertise in infection prevention, control, and inspection. The ideal candidate will not only provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients but also play a key role in monitoring, auditing, and ensuring compliance with infection control and safety standards across the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced critical care nursing for patients, including monitoring, medication administration, and emergency interventions.
• Conduct regular infection control inspections within ICU and patient care areas to ensure compliance with hospital policies and NABH/JCI standards.
• Monitor and enforce hand hygiene, aseptic practices, biomedical waste management, and sterilization protocols.
• Investigate, document, and report any infection-related incidents, breaches, or non-compliances.
• Train and guide nursing staff, housekeeping, and support staff on infection control and patient safety practices.
• Maintain detailed records of infection control inspections, incidents, and patient care documentation.
• Support patient and family education on infection prevention and care protocols.
• Actively participate in quality assurance programs, hospital safety rounds, and internal audits.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in Infection Control Inspection, Compliance Monitoring, and Audit Preparedness.
• Advanced knowledge of critical care nursing, ICU procedures, and post-ICU recovery management.
• Proficiency in infection prevention practices: sterilization, PPE usage, isolation protocols, and outbreak management.
• Skilled in patient monitoring, ventilator care, IV therapy, and emergency response.
• Excellent observation, reporting, and documentation skills for inspections and patient care.
• Strong communication, leadership, and training abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
