Position 1: Nursing Staff

Key Activities:

1. Provide bedside nursing care as per doctors's orders and nursing protocols.

2. Monitor vital signs.administer medications.and maintain patient records.

3. Maintain hygiene.infectioncontrol. and assist in procedures.

4. Report changes in patient condition to Duty doctors promptly.

5. Support patients and relatives with compassion and communication.

Education:

GNM/B.Sc.Nursing

Registration with Gujarat Nursing Council

Experience:

0—5 years(freshers can be considered after interview

And training).

Age: 21 - 35 Years

Position 2: Nursing In-Charges (Departmental)

Key Activities:

1. Supervise and manage daily nursing operations in respective department.

2. Prepare duty rosters.manage staff deployment,and maintain discipline.

3. Ensure adherence to protocols.infection control.and patient documentation.

4. Coordinate with clinical assistants/Duty Doctors and administration for patient and relative needs.Assist patients and relatives in routine operations.

5. Conduct departmental training and audits.

Skills Required:

1. Domain Knowledge-Strong clinical knowledgeof respective department.

2. Hard Working

3. Knowledge of MS Office(Word,Excel)

4. Language Proficiency

5. Communication Skills

B.Sc./GNM Nursing

Registration with Gujarat Nursing Council

Experience:

5—8 years of clinical experience with atleast 2 years as a team leader/senior staff nurse in the same

department.

Age: 24—35years

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
