Nursing In-charge - ICU

• Experience Required: Minimum 5 to 10 years (with at least 3 years in cardiac ICU leadership)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing In-charge to lead our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering high-quality cardiac care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff in the cardiac ICU
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards
• Collaborate with cardiologists, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Manage patient care assignments based on acuity and staff competency
• Conduct training and mentorship for ICU nurses
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and emergency preparedness
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid Nursing Registration
• Minimum 5 years of ICU experience, with at least 3 years in a cardiac setup
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities
• Certification in ACLS/BLS preferred
