NURSING COORDINATOR & CLASS COORDINATOR

As a Nursing Coordinator or Class Coordinator at our company, your role will involve supervising and coordinating with nursing faculties and students. You will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with management, nursing faculties, and students, scheduling classes and educational programs, and acting as a point of contact for inquiries related to classes. Additionally, you will be expected to organize and manage classes, promote educational programs, address student concerns promptly, and assist with planning and executing educational events. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of classes and suggesting improvements will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree (Nursing preferred) and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical college within the edtech industry. Candidates with experience in coordinating classes will be given preference. Skills and competencies that will be beneficial for this role include strong customer service and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, the capability to work independently and as part of a team, and familiarity with educational systems and platforms.
