Job Description

About the Role:

Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and patient conditions regularly
Assist in wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, and other procedures
Support doctors during patient examinations and treatments
Accurately maintain and update patient medical records and charts
Record nursing observations, treatments, and procedures
Report changes in patient condition promptly to the medical team

Requirements:

Valid nursing degree/diploma: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. / ADN
Registered with the State Nursing Council / Indian Nursing Council (or relevant licensing authority)
BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred for ICUs or emergency units)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
