Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in assigned departments.

Support doctors and specialists during medical procedures and treatments.

Monitor patients’ vital signs, administer medications, and document case details.

Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient management.

Provide care in emergency, trauma, and critical care situations.

Ensure infection control and patient safety according to hospital protocols.

Educate and counsel patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery.

Participate in health awareness programs, training, and hospital initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized nursing school or college.

Registration: Valid registration with Indian Nursing Council (INC) or respective State Nursing Council is mandatory.

Experience:

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Experienced candidates (1–10+ years) will be prioritized for ICU, OT, and Trauma roles.

Skills Required

Salary & Benefits

Freshers (GNM/B.Sc.): ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA

Experienced Nurses: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹8 LPA (based on department & years of experience).
