Job Description

Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date healthcare records and clinical reports
Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions
Prescribe and support the use of assistive medical devices and related treatment procedures
Record patient vital signs and document medical and nursing information accurately
Order and coordinate required medical diagnostic and clinical tests
Monitor, observe, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient condition
Administer non-intravenous medications in accordance with medical guidelines
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient nursing care plans in coordination with the healthcare team
Modify patient treatment and nursing care plans based on patient condition and response to care
