Job Summary:

The Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care by assessing health needs, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and supporting the medical team to ensure excellent healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients at home, clinics, or hospitals.
  
• Monitor and record patients health status, vital signs, and progress.
  
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
  
• Assist doctors during medical procedures and treatments.
  
• Maintain accurate patient records and update medical charts.
  
• Educate patients and families about health management and post-treatment care.
  
• Ensure infection control, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
  
• Handle emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
  
• Coordinate with the medical team for treatment planning and follow-ups.
  
• Support patient comfort, confidentiality, and emotional well-being.
  

Required Qualifications:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
  
• Valid nursing registration (State Nursing Council or equivalent).
  
• 1–3 years of clinical or home healthcare experience preferred.
