Monitor patient condition, including vital signs, symptoms, and progress. Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other prescribed treatments. Prepare patients for procedures and assist doctors during examinations or treatments. Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation. Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions. Ensure hygiene and infection control protocols are followed at all times. Coordinate with doctors, lab technicians, and other medical staff to ensure holistic care. Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies. Manage medical supplies and ensure proper inventory in the ward or unit. Requirements:Education: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution. Registration: Valid nursing license/registration with the State Nursing Council. Experience: 0–3 years (freshers and experienced candidates welcome). Knowledge of nursing care standards, medical terminology, and patient safety guidelines. Basic computer skills for maintaining electronic medical records (if applicable). Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Skills:Experience in specialized units (ICU, NICU, OT, Emergency, etc.) is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient-focused attitude. Ability to handle emotional and physical demands of the job.
