Job Overview

We are looking for qualified and compassionate Nurses to join our growing team at HealOn, providing personalized home healthcare services to patients in and around Bangalore.

Selected candidates will undergo a structured training and orientation program conducted by HealOn before beginning home visits.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide General Post-Operative Care to patients at home.

· Perform Tube Feeding, Catheterisation, and Catheter Care procedures safely and hygienically.

· Deliver Pre and Post-Natal Care for mothers and newborns.

· Manage Wound Dressing and Wound Care as per clinical protocols.

· Support General Physiotherapy sessions as advised by physiotherapists.

· Coordinate Medicines Delivery, Diagnostics Sample Pick-up/Drop, and Medical Escort services.

· Maintain accurate patient records and daily reports through the HealOn app.

· Ensure strict compliance with infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

· Education: GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Registered with State Nursing Council).

· Experience: 0–6 years (Freshers with strong clinical skills and learning attitude are welcome).

Skills:

· Proficient in basic nursing procedures.

· Good communication and patient-handling skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

· Basic smartphone proficiency (for app-based record keeping).

Compensation & Benefits

· Monthly Salary:₹25,000 PM for freshers, for experienced nurses, packages based on industry standards

Training & Onboarding

All selected nurses will undergo a HealOn Training Program covering:

· Standard operating procedures for home healthcare

Upon successful completion, candidates will receive a HealOn Certification and will be assigned to patient care services.
