Position: Clinical Instructor Qualifications: Bsc/Msc Nursing Experience:1-5 Years of clinical experience Job Profile: 1 Conducting orientation programme 2 Conduct mandatory in-service education programme 3 Conduct specialty training 4 Conducts in-service education 5 Conducts clinical training 6 Monitoring and supervising the new recruits on their skills 7 Competency assessment and analysis for nursing staff 8 Conducts training on Quality improvement 9 Conducts online refresher training and maintains records 10 Conduct Nursing audits  The incumbent candidate should be working as Nurse Educator/Clinical Instructor in his/her current role.
