Job Description

The incumbent in this position will:

Facilitate providing education, training, and support for knowledge enhancement and skill development of the nurses across locations and ensuring end-to-end clinical and service excellence by them.
Support the initial evaluation of prospective candidates, including participation in the clinical (technical) round of the recruitment process for hiring nurses.
Facilitate the induction of the new-joinee nurses, covering key procedures and skills expected from them.
Plan and conduct post-induction training and other capacity enhancement activities for the nursing staff across locations. Maintaining good rapport and warm connect with them is crucial, especially during the initial 90 days of their onboarding.
Carry out concurrent and onsite monitoring and evaluation; provide supportive supervision; and offer technical insights and support for process improvement. A minimum 25% of the time in this role will be spent traveling to the onsite clinics at various locations.
In case of contingency, must be ready to take the role of on ground Nurse at client location / Clinic.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Manager (Medical Services NV), other members of the Central Quality team, NV Business & Operations, HR, L&D, EMR & Business Analytics, Procurement & BME, and the on- ground clinic teams at various NV locations.
Support in SOP documentation for the NV Business.
Liaise with NV Clients to provide periodic updates, technical support, and other inputs related to NV nurses clinical and service excellence and quality assurance.
Analyse relevant data; provide technical support and inputs for preparing reports and dashboards; and make periodic presentations to key stakeholders on observations, actions, and further planning and insights.
