Job Description

To provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being during their hospital stay. The role involves direct patient care, collaboration with medical teams, and adherence to hospital protocols and standards. Qualifications Education: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution. Licensure: Registered with the Indian Nursing Council (INC) or respective State Nursing Council. Experience: 01+ years of relevant nursing experience, depending on the position. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care to patients as per medical instructions. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate medical records. Administer medications and treatments prescribed by doctors. Prepare patients for procedures and assist during medical examinations. Operate and maintain medical equipment. Respond promptly to emergency situations. Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention. Ensure infection control and hygiene protocols are followed strictly. Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
