Job Description

Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients under prescribed protocols.
Operate gamma cameras, PET/CT, SPECT, and other nuclear medicine imaging systems.
Position patients accurately and ensure proper imaging technique for quality results.
Monitor patients for adverse reactions and ensure safety standards are followed.
Perform quality control tests on equipment and maintain calibration records.
Maintain accurate patient records, imaging data, and procedural documentation.
Adhere to radiation safety protocols and ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principles.
Assist in clinical research, diagnostic reporting, and multidisciplinary team discussions when required.
Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients regarding procedures.
