Job Title: New Store Opening (NSO) Coordinator – F&B Industry

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic NSO Coordinator to support the successful launch of new food & beverage outlets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring each new store opening is executed smoothly, on time, and in line with brand standards. You will coordinate between departments, support recruitment and training efforts, assist with setup logistics, and ensure operational readiness for opening day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end processes for new store openings, from planning through post-opening support
  • Partner with operations, HR, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure all elements of the store opening are on schedule
  • Support hiring and onboarding of new team members in collaboration with HR and store managers
  • Assist in training staff on brand standards, operational procedures, and customer service excellence
  • Ensure the store is fully stocked, equipped, and compliant with all F&B and safety regulations prior to launch
  • Manage checklists, opening calendars, and progress reports across multiple stores
  • Act as the on-ground point of contact during the opening period, providing operational and logistical support
  • Monitor the first weeks of operations and provide feedback and improvements as needed
  • Support grand opening events and brand marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in F&B operations, retail openings, or project coordination
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during store launches
  • Knowledge of health & safety standards in the F&B industry
  • Experience with training or team onboarding is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Project management background or certifications
  • Familiarity with POS systems and F&B operational software
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
