Job Description

Job Title:

Job Purpose:

The NRI Virtual Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customer base of Bank. The role requires building long-term relationships with NRI clients, offering them tailored banking products, investment solutions, and a seamless banking experience that meets their financial needs, both in India and abroad. The RM will act as a trusted advisor and ensure that clients receive exceptional service and value.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Acquire new NRI customers through referrals, networking, and lead generation.
Manage a portfolio of NRI clients and proactively engage with them to understand their financial requirements.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with NRI clients to become their trusted banking partner.
Provide personalized financial solutions, including NRI accounts, remittance services, fixed deposits, investments, and wealth management products.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in banking, sales, or wealth management, with at least 2 years of experience in handling NRI clients.
Experience in cross-selling banking and financial products is desirable.
