Minimum Required Experience : 1 year Full Time Skills Footwear Product Development Materials Management Knowledge Costing Description POSITION -MATERIAL MANAGEMENT & COSTING Verify and validate new footwear samples, focusing on length, size, width, and overall shape. Monitor and manage material consumption. Serve as the final authority for reviewing and releasing technical specifications for production. Coordinate with production units to ensure a clear understanding and proper implementation of specifications. Check the fitting and functionality of various footwear components and assemblies. Oversee die cutting and pad printing die verification for accuracy and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate grading, printing, and other commercialization activities. Ensure all new articles are submitted for required testing and meet established quality standards before release. Maintain and manage the phase-in/phase-out list of materials. Create purchase orders (PO) for samples. Coordinate with vendors for materials, free-of-cost (FOC) items, swatches, and swatch library management (including color references and rexine materials).
