North Indian Cook

We are Looking for an experienced North Indian Cook who has proven experience in a busy Veg & Non Veg kitchen for our 4 Star Resort in OOTY!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of North Indian dishes such as Varieties of Veg & Non Veg tasty gravies , Varieties of Roti / Nan etc..
• Plan and manage food prep and production to ensure timely serving.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Ensure ingredients are fresh and sourced appropriately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Create new menu items while maintaining the essence of North Indian flavors.
• Monitor inventory and place orders for necessary supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations during cooking and food storage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a North Indian Cook in a busy kitchen environment.
• In-depth understanding of traditional South Indian ingredients and cooking techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to high-quality food preparation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
