Position: PROCESS TRAINEE Qualification: Any Graduate (2020-2024 passed outs) Location: Technopark, Kazhakootam,TRIVANDRUM Shift: Fixed shift timings with Fixed Sat and Sun week offs (Night shifts) DAY SHIFT : 7.30 am to 5.30 Pm (No Transportation) NIGHT SHIFT : 7.30 pm TO 5.30 am (Cab facility is provided for females) Notice Period: Immediate joining Note: In this role, you will be responsible for contacting patients regarding their outstanding accounts and ensuring timely payment of invoices . Roles and Responsibilities: Non-Calling/Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physician for claim status. Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims. Receive payment information if the claims has been processed. Analyze claims in case of rejections. Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards. Prior experience on charge entry and payment posting Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities. Benefits: Two way cab will be provided for the Female Candidates. Dinner will be provided.
